How do I care for my Paper Skies baby clothing?

Our baby clothes are made with soft, high-quality fabrics that are easy to care for. We recommend washing all items in cold water with like colors, and lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low. Always check the care label for specific instructions, as some styles may have unique fabric care requirements.

Can I customize or personalize my order?

At this time, we do not offer customization or personalization for our clothing. However, we’re always looking for ways to improve our offerings, so stay tuned for future updates!

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping, but we are exploring this option for the future. For now, feel free to add a personalized message to your order, and we’ll include it in your package!

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout:

Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

What is your return and exchange policy?

I’ve received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We’re truly sorry if your order arrived damaged or defective. Please reach out to us immediately at hello@paperskiesbaby.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll assist you in getting a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on your preference.
