At Paper Skies, we want you and your little one to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we’re here to help with a smooth return or exchange process.

Returns

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. The returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

To return an item:

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@paperskiesbaby.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Package the items securely and include the original receipt or order confirmation.
  3. Send the items back to us using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we’re happy to help! Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, as long as the items are in new, unused condition with all tags attached.

To exchange an item:

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@paperskiesbaby.com to request an exchange.
  2. Provide details of the item you'd like to exchange and the item you'd like in return (size/color).
  3. We will send you instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

If your exchange is for a product of equal or greater value, you may need to cover the difference in price.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re truly sorry! Please contact us right away at hello@paperskiesbaby.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will assist you in getting a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, used or washed products are non-returnable unless defective.

Final Sale

Items purchased on sale or with a discount of 50% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
